I am not coming to you as someone who has it all together. I am coming to you as someone who has been broken — and who keeps coming back to His Word because it is the only thing that has ever truly held me together.

You Are in the Right Place

My name is Michael. I was saved by grace at 18 — and what followed was one of the longest, hardest, most humbling roads of my life. I have wrestled with faith, with doubt, with forgiveness, and with God in the dark. I have failed. I have gotten back up. And through all of it, I kept coming back to Scripture, because nothing else holds.

I built ThatBibleGuy because the world is full of false teaching, watered-down gospels, and bad theology — and people who genuinely want to know God deserve better. This site is not about me. It is about the Word.

No denominations. No traditions of man. No religious politics. Just the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Bible — faithfully taught.

What must I do to be saved?

This is the most important question anyone can ask — and the Bible gives a clear answer. Repent of your sin and trust in Jesus Christ, who died for sinners and rose from the dead (Acts 16:31, Romans 10:9–10). Salvation is by grace through faith alone — not by works (Ephesians 2:8–9).

Is Jesus the only way to heaven?

Yes — and this is not opinion or tradition. Jesus said it Himself: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Can you lose your salvation?

One of the most debated questions among sincere Bible believers. Scripture presents both God's sovereign keeping power (John 10:28–29) and the call for perseverance (Hebrews 10:36). Here is what the full counsel of God's Word actually says on this.
